The Featured Authorized Partner for RabbitMQ — named by the engineers who build it
AceMQ is the Featured Authorized Partner for RabbitMQ, named by the RabbitMQ Core Engineering Team — the people who write and maintain the broker. That recognition covers RabbitMQ support, licensing and professional services, and it makes AceMQ the only RabbitMQ partner with a direct line to the core team. When an escalation needs an answer that is not in the documentation, it does not stop at a support tier.
You do not have to take our word for it — RabbitMQ lists AceMQ on its own site.
See AceMQ listed on rabbitmq.comComplete coverage. One partner.
Whether your vendor's L3 team can't solve it or your open-source version hit end-of-life six months ago — AceMQ has you covered.
24/7 Open Source Support
When the community can't help and your open-source version is past end-of-life, AceMQ's OSSeva platform delivers CVE patching, architecture assurance, and full managed operations — with the same contractual protections you'd expect from a commercial vendor.
- CVE patches for EOL open-source versions
- 24/7 operations with 15-min P1 SLA
- Reference architectures & compliance docs
- Signed builds with full audit trails
- SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-aligned configurations
L3 Commercial Escalation
IBM MQ won't solve it. VMware's support line keeps escalating. Boomi's team doesn't know your integration pattern. AceMQ's L3 engineers step in with deep product expertise built from years of production deployments at enterprise scale.
- IBM MQ — MQ Series, MQ Advanced, RDQM
- VMware Tanzu — RabbitMQ, Spring, GemFire
- Boomi & MuleSoft — ESB migration & L3
- Solace PubSub+ — broker & event mesh
- Confluent, Azure Service Bus, AWS SQS
One contractual SLA. Every technology.
Every technology in your stack — open source or commercial — is covered under the same SLA. No carve-outs. No exclusions.
Total outage, messages not flowing, complete queue manager failure, data loss risk
Major performance degradation, high error rates, approaching capacity limits

The world's leading experts.
In your corner, 24/7.
Our differentiator isn't scale — it's depth. Engineers who've spent a decade in production on these specific technologies, assigned by name to your account.
World's Leading Experts
Our engineers include core contributors and long-term maintainers of the technologies we support — not generalists reading documentation for the first time.
Named Senior Engineers in Every Contract
No bait-and-switch. Your contract names the senior architects who will respond to your incidents — no rotating junior staff, no tier-1 triage gatekeeping.
No Ticket Queues. Ever.
P1 incidents reach a senior engineer within 15 minutes, 24/7/365. You call or Slack. A specialist picks up. That's it.
Production Scale Experience
We support some of the world's largest deployments of RabbitMQ, Redis, and Kafka — Fortune 500 financial services, global telco, and aerospace-grade infrastructure.
Commercial-Grade Protections for OSS
OSSeva delivers the compliance documentation, CVE patching, and SLA guarantees that commercial vendors provide — for the open-source stack you already run.
Migration Toolkits Built In
Every enterprise support engagement includes access to AceMQ's migration playbooks — exit Tanzu, Confluent, or IBM MQ on your timeline with zero vendor lock-in.
What onboarding actually involves
You are being asked to move support for production systems. That is a real decision, so here is the whole sequence.
Scope one platform
Start with the system that keeps waking people up rather than the whole estate. We establish versions, topology, environments and core count, and tell you honestly how deep our bench is on that specific platform.
Written scope and quote
Per-core pricing across every environment, the SLA in writing, and the coverage boundaries stated explicitly — including what is not covered, which is the part most support contracts leave for you to discover.
Environment onboarding
We document your deployment, agree the escalation path and named contacts, and build the runbooks for your topology. This is the work that makes a 15-minute response mean something: the engineer who answers already knows your cluster.
Live cover
24/7 from the day onboarding completes, with a written root cause analysis after every P1. Adding a second platform later reuses everything above rather than starting again.
The questions we get asked first
Mostly variations on one: how can a single firm be genuinely deep across this many technologies? Fair question.
How can one firm be genuinely deep across 40+ technologies?
It is not one team covering everything. AceMQ staffs specialists per platform — the engineer who answers a Redis eviction problem is not the one who answers a Kafka rebalance — and the SLA is what is shared, not the expertise. The depth claim is narrower than it looks: these are all infrastructure platforms with overlapping failure modes around clustering, replication, memory and network partitions, so the underlying skill transfers even where the product does not. Ask about your specific platform and we will tell you plainly how deep the bench is on it.
What does the 15-minute SLA actually promise?
A response, not a resolution. Within 15 minutes a senior engineer who already knows your environment is on a live bridge with you — that is the commitment. Resolution time depends on the problem, and any vendor promising otherwise is describing something they cannot control. What we do commit to beyond the response is that you never explain your topology to a level-one script reader first, and that a written root cause analysis follows every P1.
Do you support open-source builds, or only commercial distributions?
Both, and the open-source side is the point. Most vendors will support only their own distribution, which is why teams on community builds end up with no route to a security fix once their version ages out. AceMQ supports the open-source build you are actually running, including versions upstream has stopped maintaining, with fixes backported to your build rather than delivered as an upgrade demand.
How does this compare to buying support from each vendor separately?
Commercially it usually consolidates several support lines into one, which is where the saving comes from. Operationally the bigger difference is escalation: with per-vendor support, an incident that spans two platforms — a queue backing up because a database is slow — becomes a dispute about whose problem it is. One provider covering both removes that argument, which is normally where the hours go during an outage.
What happens if you cannot fix something?
We say so, early. For platforms where we hold a vendor partnership — RabbitMQ through Broadcom, with direct access to the core team — genuine product defects get escalated to the people who maintain the source. Where no such route exists, the honest answer is a documented workaround and a clear statement of what it does and does not cover. You should be suspicious of anyone who says this question never comes up.
Can we start with one platform rather than the whole estate?
Yes, and most engagements do. Support is scoped per platform and per environment, so bringing us in on the one system that keeps waking people up is a normal starting point. There is no requirement to consolidate everything, and no penalty for not doing so — the consolidation case tends to make itself after the first cross-platform incident.
How is enterprise support priced?
Per core, counted across every environment — production, pre-production, staging and disaster recovery — on the same basis as licensing. Terms run up to three years and a longer term is normally the cheaper way to buy where the estate is stable. Written quotes come back within 24 hours of an agreed core count, with the SLA and scope stated in writing so it can go straight to procurement.
